Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Coordinate training and development programs.Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.Support performance management and appraisal processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.Organized, discreet, and proactive.Immediate availability preferred.
