We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join an active Oil & Gas project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This role is essential for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and implementation of HSE management systems in line with international and project-specific standards.The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring site safety, enforcing HSE procedures, and supporting accident prevention initiatives across project operations. The role requires solid Oil & Gas experience, strong field presence, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and project teams.This position offers stable project exposure in Qatar’s Oil & Gas sector, continuous professional development, and long-term career growth within safety leadership roles.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plansEnsure compliance with Oil & Gas HSE standards and local regulationsConduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsLead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductionsReport incidents, near misses, and corrective actionsMaintain HSE documentation, records, and reportsSupport emergency response preparedness and drillsCoordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety cultureRequirements & Qualifications:Education:Relevant diploma or degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related disciplineCertifications (Mandatory):NEBOSH CertificationExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas projectsMinimum 5 years of overall HSE experienceSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas HSE standards and proceduresGood communication and reporting skillsAbility to work effectively in site-based project environmentsSalary, Benefits & Career GrowthAverage Market Salary (Estimated):QAR 7,000 – QAR 10,000 per month(Based on HSE Officer roles in Qatar Oil & Gas projects with NEBOSH certification)Compensation Type:Monthly salaryBenefits & Career Growth:Exposure to major Oil & Gas projects in QatarLong-term career stability in HSE rolesOpportunity to progress into Senior HSE Officer or HSE Advisor positionsContinuous professional development through project-based safety exposure
