Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably in refineries.Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).Knowledge of Qatar safety regulations and international standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.GCC experience is preferred.
