HSE OfficerJob Location : QatarRequirements :?Experience- 5 Years( Shutdown experience mandatory)?Age- Not more than 45?Education Qualification- Diploma in Safety?Should be trained for safety officer/HSE officer role with proven record in supervising jobs in hydrocarbon/ petrochemical plant during shut down.?Candidate should have basic knowledge of hazardous waste management.Should be trained / certified in following areas :?Confined Space: (Hazards associated with confined space, responsibilities of entrant / supervisor/ safety v/atch)?Fire Fighting: {Basic knowledge of fire prevention / fire fighting, Use of fire?extinguishers, containment, use of fire hose with nozzle under water pressure)?Work at Height: (Hazards associated with work at height, scaffolding requirement,?construction of scaffold, use of PPE, espacially safety harness)?PTW: (Fully conversant with the work permit system and should have practical experience in handling work permits)?Hot work: (hazard identification, preparation, and control measure for hot work)?Gas testing: (AGT trained on use of gas meter and taking reading)?Crane Worl?: (Should be capable of supervising crane worl?, knowing about the hazards of maEhines, hydraulic system, barricading of area)?Scaffolding: (Shall be having training scaffolding safety)Duration- One month to two monthsStatus- SingleWorking Schedule- 12 hours per day, 6days or 7 Days per week
