Job Title: HSE EngineerLocation: QatarSalary Range: QAR 6,000 - 7,000 + FATEmployment Type: Full-TimeJoining Requirement: ImmediateJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to oversee and manage Health, Safety, andEnvironmental (HSE) operations at our project site in Qatar. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards, conductingrisk assessments, and implementing effective safety measures in alignment withorganizational policies and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs incompliance with local and international regulations.• Monitor, control, and report on HSE performance and ensure adherence to HSEmanagement plans.• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective/preventiveactions are implemented.• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potentialhazards and develop mitigation plans.• Regulate and monitor contractor HSE compliance throughout the project lifecycle.• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability goals.• Participate actively in PSSR, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities,preparing reports and providing HSE support.• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.• Maintain compliance with ISO/OHSAS and HSE management systems.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or arelated field.• 8 to 10 years of GCC experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas industry.• NEBOSH certification is mandatory (additional certifications such as IOSH orequivalent are a plus).• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations/standards.• Proven ability to independently manage and execute HSE-related activities.• Experience in HSE training, compliance, and audits.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.How to Apply:Interested candidates are requested to submit their CVs for consideration.[update cv in your account with required details and apply online]
