Key Responsibilities:Develop and enforce site-specific HSE policies and proceduresConduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigationsEnsure compliance with local and international HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO)Deliver safety training and awareness programs to site staffMonitor and report on safety performance, near misses, and incidentsCoordinate with project teams to embed a safety-first cultureRequirements:Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or Environmental ScienceNEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatoryMinimum 5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas or EPC projectsStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, hazard control, and emergency response
