HR RecruiterResponsibilities:?Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.?Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate suitability for roles.?Post job ads and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.?Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to build candidate pools.?Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and meet deadlines.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related fields.?2-3 years of GCC recruitment experience, especially in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Renewable Energy.?Experience in manpower consultancy is preferred.?Strong organizational and multitasking skills.?Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.?Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).?Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.?Proficiency in Hindi is preferable.Location: Doha, Qatar
