Job SummaryOur client is looking for an HR Business Partner to play the following roles...???????

Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent Management function to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Develop & maintain the right manpower planning for respective business units and provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and report back to the HR Director.
Identify training needs for business units and report back to the HR Director & talent management function.
Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs and report feedback to the Talent Management function.
Responsible for recruitment for their business units in collaboration with talent management function.
Implement HR policies & procedures and revert with input on improvement ideas.
Implement the performance management system, track performance & identify gaps.
Perform other job-related tasks as required.
