The Role:The role of the Host/Hostess within the Front-of-House team is to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the team, whether that is on the telephone making a reservation or from the moment they walk through the door.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have/be:* At least one years experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining concept* A friendly and approachable demeanour* Passionate about customer service and hospitality* Willing to go the extra mile in ensuring that the needs of all guests are met.A relevant hospitality qualification would also be desirable.
