Job Description

About this role:We are currently sourcing for Hook-up (Brownfield) Specialists for upcoming requirements of our client in Qatar. Candidate who has experience in O&G projects, Execution of Onshore and Offshore Brownfield Projects are requested to apply. Some of these positions are:

  • Hook-up E&I, Piping, Structural Leads
  • HSE and Quality Hook-up Engineers
  • Hook-up Division Managers
  • Superintendents
Successful candidates will:
  • Manage and direct the Brown Field Construction operations, including shutdown preparation from pre-shutdown to post-shutdown (Sim Ops), ensuring adherence to all project brown field construction milestones and compliance with our clients procedures and processes requirements
  • In charge of organizing and assisting the clients offshore project team in the safe execution of all offshore brown field execution activities
  • Lead the integrated offshore brown field schedule in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Ensure that best practices, cutting-edge technology, and appropriate execution strategies are used in all activities to ensure their safety and success
  • Organize, carry out, and/or take part in project assurance, formal risk assessments (FRA), and other reviews to ensure adherence to.
What you need to bring:Qualification:
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant Discipline
  • Technical experience.
Experience:
  • 15 years experience in O&G Execution projects
  • Onshore and Offshore Brownfield project involvement
  • Supervisory/Management experience.
Business Expertise:
  • MS Office Application
  • Strong English Communication (Written and Oral)
  • Organization, Negotiation and Problem Solving
  • Interpersonal and Leadership.
