Ensure the implementation of the companys brownfield & shutdown work process, benchmarking and leveraging from the brownfield & shutdown best practices in the company and its shareholders, identifying opportunities for improvement & synergy, to avoid production impact, and business interruption
Develop and steward KPIs for compression project in order to ensure best-in class performance are implemented and demonstrated for both Brownfield and HUC scopes of work
Participate and contribute in the plant shutdown look ahead plan in coordination. Ensure the appropriate, timely involvement of all NFPS Projects functions critical to the success of the shutdown.
What you need to bring:Qualification:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline
Experience:
12 years experience within the Oil & Gas industry, of which 3 years operating at a senior Brownfield project management level with overall responsibility for Brownfield shutdown execution
10 Years of experience managing large Hook-up and Commissioning Scope of work
Broad and extensive knowledge of brownfield engineering design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria
Extensive knowledge of offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations.
