Job Description

We are one of the pioneers in the construction industry and are looking for a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, who will be responsible to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.You will also be responsible for:

  • Perform preventative maintenance to increase the durability of any HVAC system.
  • Assist clients in determining the best options for heating and cooling systems.
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings in order to keep comfortable temperature in the home or office.
  • Travel to locations and troubleshoot issues within the current system, identify maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
