About this role:

• Implements the Quality and Flawless Execution programs and delivers the key elements to support the Uninterrupted Start Up (UISU) activities by ensuring Right First Time Quality initiatives
• Stewards the project Preservation Compliance program to maintain integrity of equipment and materials throughout the project phases
• Support the implementation of the Flange Management and Build it Clean Programs, coordinates effective Quality Surveillance resources, and provides reporting metrics
• Responsible for effective implementation and coordination of the Project Audit Program
• Responsible for coordinating Quality Audits from Company stakeholders and with EPC Contractor, whilst maintaining interface with Major Projects Quality and Subsurface Technical Quality Department
• Develop and implement the Construction Quality Surveillance Programs per the Project Quality Plan
• Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Non-conformance reporting and Corrective Action reporting and be the Company focal point for obtaining necessary approval and its close out
• Establish KPI to Closely monitor and measure Contractors quality performance in compliance with Contractual requirements
• Establishes, coordinate and records project-specific quality orientation & training
• Requires the ability to effectively communicate quality at project & functional level. Effective team player who collaborates well with others
• Persuasive management attributes are essential across all levels of the organization with an ability to establish & maintain genuine & responsive relationships
• Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealing with all parties and communicates concisely in written and verbal context prepares high quality written reporting.

• Experience with multi-national contractors & vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of LNG Plants and facilities
• Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major oil & gas engineering & construction projects
• Experienced in facilitating & coordinating efforts to troubleshoot project issues
• Experience with conducting audits and assessments of work processes and procedures
• Experience with LNG plant construction including pneumatic testing, preservation procedures and flange management
• 15 years experience with Quality Management Programs and Quality Control activities for execution of mega projects in the Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Associates Engineering or Engineering degree Metallurgical, Welding, Mechanical or Science.
