Scope and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CFO, establish a robust Group Procurement function to deliver:

Group-wide compliance and reporting against agreed KPIs
A center of excellence to develop a procurement toolkit and share the best practices
Category management of indirect products and services
Advise individual businesses on effective inventory management processes
Work closely with the organization?s Change & Transformation Office to deliver value through strategic procurement initiatives
Provide support to the organization?s �operating companies and ensure that Procurement is seen as an enabler to them achieving their divisional business objectives
Develop and oversee: strategy, systems, compliance, and development of group-wide activity pipeline
Responsible for optimization and savings delivery
Procurement Community chair? and lead for toolkit and training across the organization
Direct management of Category Managers, Head of Sourcing and Procurement Analyst

Pave the way for effective standardization, baselining, and development of procurement competencies
Provide consistency in training and knowledge sharing
Help with identifying group-wide spend leverage opportunities
