Group Head - Legal and ComplianceJob Location : QatarDescription :?Develop and implement legal and compliance policies, procedures, and controls across the holding group of companies?Review and advise the management team on legal implications of internal policies and procedures review and draft contracts, agreements etc.?Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and business unit operations?Provide legal advice and support to senior management, business unit heads, and other stakeholders on a range of legal and regulatory matters?Review and provide legal advice on company documentsRequirements:?Bachelor?s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field?Minimum 15 years? proven experience in legal and compliance role?Bilingual candidates are preferred.?Locally available candidates are preferred.
