Update�as-built of all work orders issued in NE by the Planning Team, viz. Fiber, Civil, Copper and Maintenance.
Update of site survey reports of new compounds and internal networks.
Update as-built of FTTx-BAU work orders in NEIA and GI for provisioning.�
Update of change overs in Civil, Cable and FTTx network due to major road projects�
Update as-built of�manual work orders issued viz. FTTx New Cables, Cable Change overs and Maintenance).
Update Third party (VFQ, CRA) data; proposed and as-built in NE.
Update of pending and new Third-party QNBN network.
Coordinate with� related teams to clarify and ensure accurate update of network in NE.
Provide GIS support for deployment and maintenance and provide required customized maps as per request.
Provide support on Call-out to the Maintenance team for damage/emergency cases.�
Prepare RO maps for road opening works
Resolve Siebel tickets of Service requests and Problems�
Ensure update of accurate data input by systematic checking of updated work orders.�
Correction of missing data / mismatches in NE as per site reports.
Support Active team by updating NER for provisioning as per request.�
GIS support of other related projects.
Ensure achieving department?s KPI and, if necessary, take correction actions.
Prepare daily, monthly & Periodic Reports.
