Dont miss this unique opportunity to be part of the worlds leading luxury hotel company! This individual takes ownership over their role and operation and can quickly connect to those around them. Confidence, adaptability, and the assurance of a quality experience make a successful candidate for this role. Essential Functions:
  • The ability to provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior paint and decorating problems in Staff Housing.
  • Provide electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
  • Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.
  • Install electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.
  • Assist in providing electrical set-ups for exhibits and conventions including maintaining electrical equipment for exhibits.
  • Ability to assist in providing preventative maintenance of all electrical/mechanical/plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.
  • Perform and maintain the cleanliness of all stations in the Engineering Department neat and organized department, able to adjust, and clean televisions channels in the guestrooms.
  • Able to respond to all guest/ employee complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.
  • Able to assist on all plumbing stoppages in the building.
  • Assist in repair an assortment of items brought to the shop by other departments.
  • Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
  • Ability to install or relocate any additional or existing equipment when necessary.
  • Able to assist to treat urinals with the de-liming solution.
  • Complies with Four Seasons? Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent command in English
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality and have an eye to detail.
