This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage a diverse team of security professionals. The General Manager will also focus on expanding the client base, optimizing business processes, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company?s strategic goals and objectives in line with the organization?s vision.
• Create and execute business plans to grow the company?s client portfolio and increase market share.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging security technologies.
• Lead the company through continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high operational standards.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain security protocols, policies, and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Ensure the availability and readiness of all security equipment, personnel, and systems.
• Manage and oversee multiple security contracts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess service quality, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored security solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution of any service disruptions.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the company?s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, identifying areas for financial improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Prepare financial reports and present performance updates to the CEO/Board of Directors.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the security industry.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of improvement.
• Ensure that all security personnel are trained and certified in line with industry standards.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to protect both staff and clients.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and security personnel.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning within the company.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Promote career development and succession planning to ensure future leadership within the company.
