General LedgerJob Location : QatarMajor Responsibilities:?Responsible for the efficient management of the General Ledger section?Prepare and enter journal entries (monthly, adjusting, recurring, reversal)?Analyze Monthly expense variance and Reconcile Balance sheet accounts?Maintain detailed schedule of all balance sheet accounts?Performing the month end and year end closing process?Generate financial statements and footnotes to the financial statements?Prepare for the audit work on assigned areas of responsibility?Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and internal policies?Develop and maintain systems, procedures and policies on General Ledger?Perform Additional duties assigned time to time to support the businessRequirements :?Candidate should possess a Graduate Degree in Accounting?Fifteen or more years of overall Experience in Accounting.?Ten or more years of Core Experience in Accounts Payable & General Ledger.?Five or more years of Hospital / Healthcare accounting experience.?Five or more years accounting experience in Qatar.?Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable in Oracle EBS environment.?Proven experience of closing of books of accounts in Oracle EBS General Ledger.?Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principle.?The candidate should be available in Qatar with a valid QID
