Oversee all finishing activities on the construction site.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Work closely with the project manager and other members of the construction team.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team.
Monitor progress and performance of finishing activities.
Ensure all finishing work meets client expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
