Job Description
Maintain the network in intact, restore the affected services within minimum down time.
Assess the damage area, plan permanent restoration of the affected plant and execute permanent restoration.
Carry out site survey to prepare data of area which require preventive maintenance.
Rectification of all types of Fiber, copper and pressure faults reported by other sources / through various systems.
Supervise the execution of work at site and provide necessary advice & guidelines to˙ approved contractors and ensure the completion of work as per˙ standards.
Coordinate with concerned dept., internally and externally, and with customers as and when needed.
Plan & execute Fiber Optic change over works and attend scheduled outages.
Prepare BOQ, Main WOs, WO issues & provide work orders to contractors with relevant drawings and other details to execute the works.
Ensure the availability of related store items with contractors for executing the works.
Receive and close/update the tickets in various systems such as Siebel, CRM, HPSM etc.
