Job Description

ObjectiveAchieve primary sales targets through planned visits and improved product line presence in the assigned areasFunctional ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the short term as well as long term sales targets of the company and contributing effectively for achieving the same. The responsibility will include a variety of functions which have to be carried out with the utmost loyalty towards the organization. This will include.

  • Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.
  • Ensuring availability of the complete product line in the assigned market.
  • Maintaining a minimum stock level in the stock rooms as well as counters of each outlet.
  • Maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned.
  • Capturing new accounts /markets.
  • Keeping a tight control on the outstanding level.
  • Providing maximum personal attention to avoid wastage of products.
  • Timely and frequent visits to the counters.
  • Maintain a working pattern within the P.J.P assigned.
  • Effective handling of the company accounts assigned, especially problem solving.
  • Contributing towards competitor as well as market analysis.
  • Operating within the company stipulated framework.
  • Right time reporting
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff (merchandisers, shelf boys) in the different outlets.
  • ÿExecuting the role of merchandiser wherever applicable.
