Employment: Full Time Fixed Number Portability Advisor (Qatar based candidates)We are looking for experienced Fixed Number Portability Advisors to work in a well reputed company in Doha, Qatar.The role is responsible for handling multiple tasks and activities including Port ins and Out requests, managing vendors, emails, escalations, stake holder management. The role is an integral part of the Business. The role applies to both business and consumer customer segments for Mobile & Fixed services.You will be responsible for:Make sure to handle all the submitted Port- ins and Port- outs within the agreed service level with quality.Follow the escalation matrix when escalating to get the response within agreed service level.Validate all the relevant documents before creating customer account in system.Own and manage the customer relationship by following the code of conduct agreed with CRA.Continues quality checks to focus on area of improvement.Concerned to provide prompt and efficient service to customers; goes out of the way to ensure that individual customer needs are met.Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.Delivering awesome customer experience through meeting targets for CDI (Customer Delight Index) and receiving Compliments and appreciation from customers and colleagues.Be proactive in regards to the improvement of processes and procedures.Use the job tools (telephone and computer) effectively.Make sure the port-ins are done within the agreed service level with smooth on boardingInteracts with colleagues in an effective manner.Respects others and works well within the teamWork as part of a team to ensure offering a really awesome customer experience at all times.
