Good understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and installation methods.
Managing day to day site activities as required.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accurate calculations.
Preparing site reports as required.
Liaising with consultants, Sub-contractors, QS, and any general work force involved in the project.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Ability to provide technical guidance to the construction team and resolve any issues that may arise at site.
Ability to manage multiple site simultaneously.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure that project plans are integrated with other organizational functions.
