Responsible for leading FP&A activities for CBU & COPs function including coordination with functional HeadsDriving planning / forecasting exercises and engage with functional heads in setting financial targetsChallenge, negotiate and influence the functional team in ensuring that chosen business strategies deliver the required shareholders value at an acceptable level of riskUndertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic / long term planning, working closely with the Senior Management TeamLead and direct the team to provide insightful financial analysis, challenge and support commercial teams in delivery their targetsImplementing / monitoring governance process for business case approvals & post investment reviews of commercial campaignsEvaluate business cases and challenge commercial assumptions to ensure project viabilityIdentify & drive cost optimization initiatives across CBU & COPs functionsLead and motivate the team to develop and enhance their own capability by encouraging a learning culture so that they can achieve their maximum potential.
