Job Description

A leading Travel Agency in Qatar seeking for Finance Manager role. As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial operation, overseeing financial strategy, managing cash flow, and leveraging your M&A expertise to drive growth and financial excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the companys financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the companys financial stability. Implement strategies to effectively allocate financial resources and manage working capital.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to streamline financial processes and support their financial needs. Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and standards. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the companys financial assets and investments.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead or participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning. Leverage M&A experience to identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities that align with the companys growth strategy.
