Responsibilities? Technical Support for Field Technicians? Evaluate requests and assign to the relevant field Technician? Manage the efficiency of Field Technician pool? Support field Technicians to complete their assigned tasks? Review the progress of work and take appropriate actions to complete the tasks as per OLA?s? Prepare standard operations procedures for field technicians? Study the request and determine the action required by the field technicians?
