Job Description

  • Evaluate requests and assign to the relevant field Technician
  • Manage the efficiency of Field Technician pool
  • Support field Technicians to complete their assigned tasks
  • Review the progress of work and take appropriate actions to complete the tasks as per OLA?s
  • Prepare standard operations procedures for field technicians
  • Study the request and determine the action required by the field technicians
  • Maintain records of all tasks, technician reports and submit monthly report to the client supervisor
  • Make use of Network Management Systems like Huawei U2000 to track KPI?s and generate reports
