Power International Holding Group? is urgently seeking candidates for a (JOB TITLE) to be part of our cluster ?Highness Engineering Consultants?.Candidates should hold solid experience from Consultants Background in Architect and Interior Design for all the below requirements.   1. FFE Planning: Collaborate with department heads and project teams to assess FFE requirements for new facilities, renovations, or expansions.
  2. Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Budget Management: Develop and manage the FFE budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  4. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with FFE suppliers and contractors, monitoring performance and ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Installation and Setup: Coordinate the installation and setup of FFE items, ensuring they meet safety and functionality standards.
  6. Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate inventory of FFE assets, track depreciation, and recommend replacement or upgrades as needed.
  7. Quality Assurance: Inspect and assess the quality of FFE items to ensure they meet company standards and provide a comfortable and functional environment.
  8. Compliance: Ensure FFE items comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
