QIMC, a reputed business group listed on Qatar Stock Exchange is looking for a factory manager for its market-leading tissue paper converting company that has a state-of-the-art factory and produces a wide range of hygiene products. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in a relevant discipline and preferably have an advanced qualification in business administration. He must have at least 15 years of managerial experience in a similar business unit with P & L responsibilities, preferably in GCC. The factory manager will have overall responsibility for production planning, procurement, supply chain management, quality management, cost control, sales and marketing, and human resources management as well as for efficiently managing the company?s finances and other resources, and to deliver healthy results in a sustained manner. The job calls for a passionate hands-on leader with excellent people management skills who can inspire and guide his team to strive for excellence.?
