Employment: Full Time Job Role:Responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance operations, including directing and managing in-house facility management team, safety and outsourced maintenance contracts; main focus is proactively managing the malls maintenance and cleaning of the mall including repair of all building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, interior and exterior cleaning and landscaping. Also manage and report on the new projects, capital and operational budgets.Key Responsibilities:Supervise Facility and maintenance team, labor organization and work schedulingSupervise the day to day facility and maintenance operationsSchedules, monitors and conducts preventive maintenance and repairMonitors all service providers as per contractObtain quotations and negotiating new maintenance and service contractsParticipates in tenants coordination meetingsInvolve in return and hand-over of tenants premisesMonitors and support tenants reconstruction worksParticipates in cost estimation and monitoring of reconstruction works.Secures installation and dismantling of events and promotionProvides advice in technical, facility and maintenance & safety mattersAdheres to relevant safety rules REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, pref. Electrical or MechanicalMinimum 8 years relevant work experience in mall facility and maintenance, preferably in the GCC regionDemonstrated experience managing facility and maintenance teamTraining in Fire and SafetyManagement and delegation SkillsConstruction and general safety managementProven operation skills in shopping mallsWell adept in mall or building operations, maintenance and managementGood communication and presentation skillsCompetencies:Self-motivated, work on own initiative and team playerProficient in computerized day to day workingSmart, proactive and hard workingAble to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
