Key Responsibilities:– Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities on-site– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards– Interpret engineering drawings and manage fabrication schedules– Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance– Collaborate with project engineers and QA/QC teams– Ensure timely delivery of fabricated componentsRequirements:– Minimum 5+ years of experience in fabrication within the Oil & Gas sector– Strong leadership and team coordination skills– Gulf experience is a plus
