Key Responsibilities: Develop and review fabrication, welding, and assembly procedures.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of structures.Conduct feasibility studies and optimize fabrication methods for cost, quality, and schedule.Support fabrication teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.Review inspection and testing plans, and witness key inspections.Provide technical support during fabrication and site erection activities.Keep abreast of new fabrication technologies and methods.Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fabrication engineering for steel structures.Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.Familiarity with codes such as AWS D1.1, API, ASME, and ISO standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering or related field.
