  • Greets guests, and escorts them to the table seating
  • Manage waiting list
  • Offer appropriate seating arrangements
  • Make reservation arrangements
  • Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times
  • Assist waiters and head waiters when needed
  • Manage event-related work including setting up tables and maintaining both the exterior and interior of the outlet.
  • Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customers expectations
  • Handles guest problems and complaints
  • Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort)
  • Good communication skills, preferably Russian speaker
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Cooperative and self-giving team player
  • Ability and willingness to perform under stress
  • Positive and high energy level
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure needs are met
