Employment: Full Time To be considered for this position candidates must be based in Qatar and have an NOC.Client is an International consultancy that has recently been awarded a new project.The Enhancements, and Lean Manager is responsible for promoting the Lean Construction process and programs on the project; Build and enhance quality management systems focused on client satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of fourteen (14) years overall experience in construction, with a minimum seven (7) years relevant experience. The proposed candidate shall be a Chartered Engineer or PE, although a minimum of an engineering degree in an appropriate discipline may be considered together with appropriate specific experience. Has relevant lean construction experience including the planning, facilitation and management of implementing lean processes and practices to enhance project delivery performance with quantified benefits in quality, productivity, programme and cost.The minimum relevant years of experience may also be reduced if the proposed candidate(s) has recognised Lean Construction Certification, and/or Project management/ site supervisory certification together with a track record of successful projects that can be clearly demonstrated. Where such individuals do not meet the requirements set out, Consultant should provide justification for why such an individual is suitable for the role, this may for example be relevant experience and track record in lieu of qualifications.
