Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering in there levantfield from arecognized University10 years directand relevant experience related to operation and management of fertilizeror oil/gas or petrochemical industry.Minimum 5 years in Engineering Management position inAmmoniaand Urea Major Projects is aMUST.?Befully aware of the Project HSE requirements? Support the Project Manager by assisting and managing all Engineering activities? Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager? Ensure full implementation and adherence to these Regulation sand proper follow up of the HSEProcedures and Instructions IN allareas of Work?Responsiblefor progress ofall Engineering activities? Ensure that the works are being donein accordance with the Quality requirements of the Project? Follow up EPCCContractor and Subcontractors for all Project phases in order to assure the quality and safety aspects ofthe work and report any deviations.?Activelycontribute to Safety Walks, reporting of accidents and investigation of accidents? Follow up EPCCContractors/Subcontractors with regard to interpretation and proper implementation of the technical content of the EPCC Contract documents? Follow up schedule and progress including detection of deviation from theEPCC Contract schedule?SupportContract Manager in technical review of Contractors Claims and Variation Order Requests? Provide support to Contracts Manager related to finalizing Spare Parts quantities and review of SparePartsfor quality and adherence to EPCC Contract requirements once Spare Parts arriveon Site.? Ensure proper identification, registration and follow-up of Defectspost PlantTake-Over? Manage all the site engineering changes and ensure updatingof the Project documentation to AsBuiltStatus? Manage the Project Documentation delivery to Qafco (Finaland asBuilt Documentation)?Verifyall Project None Conformities with recommendation to the Project Manager? Identify, report and follow up risks within own area of responsibility? Coordinate the day to day Engineering activities and coordinate the same withQafco and the external authorities as needed? Follow up on alldesign changes and their implementation? Responsible for providing the inputs to the monthly report Steering Committee /Board presentations and other reporting matters as per specific requests from Project Manager
