ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems in cement plant equipment.Maintain and troubleshoot LV/MV electrical equipment, switchgear, MCCs, SMDB/DB panels, transformers, and protection devices.Carry out maintenance of motors, VFDs, soft starters, control panels, and relay logic circuits.Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.Assist in troubleshooting control wiring, sensors, limit switches, and plant control circuits.Interface with electrical control and PLC systems under supervisor guidance.Follow QHSE standards, electrical safety protocols, and LOTO procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies, maintenance procedures, and equipment manualsDesired Skills & ExperienceQualifications & ExperienceDiploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology or a related technical field.3–7 years of experience as an Electrical Technician Cement plants.Hands-on experience with heavy rotating equipment is highly desirable.GCC experience is an advantage.
