.Prepare shop drawings based on the design engineer/coordinator?s instructions in order to help him meet the project?s requirements in terms of quality and time.
Collect comments of relevant parties (design engineers, design coordinator, etc?) on prepared shop-drawings and make appropriate adjustments to ensure high quality standards of work in conformity with set specifications.
Review, adjust and plot drawings made by engineers to improve relevant visibility/legibility.
Coordinate with printing companies, supervise and control the printing process when outsourced to guarantee the good quality of shop drawings.
Provide assistance to the estimation and business development units in preparing prequalification documents.
Provide technical assistance to document controller so that to ensure a proper filing, archiving and retrieval of project?s specific documents and drawings.
Accepts comments positively and learn from own and others experience in order to increase capability and skill level and lower the risk of repeating the same mistake, or the same type of mistakes.
