Power International Holding Group? is urgently seeking candidates for a (JOB TITLE) to be part of our cluster ?Highness Engineering Consultants?.Candidates should hold solid experience from Consultants Background in Architect and Interior Design for all the below requirements.   1. Technical Drawings: Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  2. Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts and provide technical support.
  3. Material Specifications: Assist in selecting and specifying materials, finishes, and furnishings in alignment with the design concept.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all design plans and drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of design drawings, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  7. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the accurate implementation of design plans.
  8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design and construction-related challenges that may arise during the project.
  9. Budget and Timeline Adherence: Assist in monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
