Dont miss this unique opportunity to be part of the worlds leading luxury hotel company! This individual takes ownership over their role and operation and can quickly connect to those around them. Confidence, adaptability, and the assurance of a quality experience make a successful candidate for this role. Essential Functions:
  • Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
  • Assisting valet parking service upon guest?s request on vehicle parking, retrieval,
  • Assisting with unloading items from the vehicles and delivering it to the guest rooms,
  • Providing arriving guests with a hotel orientation
  • Assist residents with luggage,transportation requirements,deliveries,parcels,wine deliveries,groceries, etc.following instructions as specified in the Residence Unit Admittance Forms
  • Be the primary responder for resident?s valet parking needs.
  • Assist with delivery of Food and Beverage items from the Resident?s Lounge, to the Resident?s unit and or vehicle/pick up point, and support service needs in the Resident?s Lounge as needed
  • Assist in Residential Lobby
  • Provide information regardingresident?sevents,servicesand amenities
  • Handle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities
  • The ability to communicate residence requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks.
  • Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field
  • Preferably with Driver?s License
  • Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
