Required Knowledge for this role:- Thorough knowledge of the dealerships business processes, including Finance, Vehicle Sales, and After Sales processes.- Excellent knowledge of DMS business operations.- Excellent knowledge of Autoline Drive.- Good knowledge of report generators such as Rep-Gen and Financial Report Writer.- Knowledge of databases such as SQL/Oracle.- Team leadership skills.- Good communication skills and ability to motivate team members.Job Purpose:The DMS administrator is accountable for managing and providing end-to-end support for DMS software applications that meet the requirements of Al Nabooda Automobiles. The DMS administrator should supervise a team of DMS engineers to assist end users in sales, after-sales, finance, CRM, and marketing. The role involves coordinating with the DMS vendor to roll out and enable the systems new features. Continuous user education on built-in business processes in DMS is part of the responsibility. The DMS administrator is accountable for managing all issues related to DMS and associated systems.
