We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.-With the Director of Sales and Marketing, coordinate group inventory and allocations and develop policies and procedures pertaining to revenue management.

• Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate group inventory and allocations with the Director of Sales and/or Director of Marketing, develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function.
• Produce / Analyze the following reports and recommend/implement appropriate action to maximize revenue: Daily/Weekly Occupancy and revenue Forecasts, Monthly Market Segment Forecast.
• Produce and publish a monthly analysis/report summarizing the month end reservations activity.
• Establish and/or manage the following: Published, Package and Negotiated Rate Strategy Tiers, Segment Ceilings based on historical and current demand, incentive plans/program for core (Reservations) agents and managers, Rate/Yield Strategy Worksheet, Rate/Yield Strategy within PMS, Front Desk Upsell program.
• Maintain favorable working relationships among employees to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency
• Operate and manage a Property Management System and monitor Delphi Marketing Management System.
• Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance
• Leverage IDeaS revenue management system in conjunction with constant market tracking
• Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels
• Initiate pricing analysis and recommendations
• Ownership of local merchandising strategies in distribution channels
• Support weekly Revenue Strategy meetings
• Total revenue management including conference catering and restaurant
• A strong working knowledge of computer applicationsincluding excel and pivot tables, with IDeaS and Opera knowledge preferred
• Must be able to condense complex data into meaningful strategythat can be understood and executed by various parties at all levels
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• A collaborative style that will build strong relations with the Sales & Marketing Division, key Hotel departmentsand external stakeholders/clients

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as Director of Revenue.
• A College degree specializing in culinary arts is a great advantage.
• Must demonstrate high standards of professionalism and have a passion for providing a unique, creative and delicious culinary experience for the guests.
• Solid knowledge of back of house systems, ordering and inventory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
