Maximize guest satisfaction through efficient planning, organizing, directly, and controlling the operations and administration of the department. Ambassador of the companys wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness among team members by leading by example.Qualifications :. BA/Bs in Wellness or Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent.Work experience :. Proven experience in the Health and Wellness industry, ideally in a Health and Wellness resort setting. Experience working with large multicultural teamsKnowledge in :. Variety of Health and Wellness modalities ayurveda, aesthetics, nutrition, fitness. Child development activities.
