Job Description

Purpose of Role: We are looking for a strategic social media executive to oversee our companys presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyse public feedback, and campaign success, and report on the effects of each key undertaking.To be successful as a social media executive, you should strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers interest. A top-notch social media executive will be knowledgeable about the best practices for each social media & digital platforms and promotion. (Fb/IG/TikTok/Snapchat/Youtube/eCommerce/+)Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Audits, creating reports that analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs, returns and improvement
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages daily to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company?s social content and brand awareness
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation,
  • Identify key influencers, and coordinate actions
