Carry out day to day operations of Data Centre Operations activities on a shift basis.
Carry out Core Banking Application Finastra-Equation EOD, process, Monitoring and take appropriate actions in case of errors.
Carry out Application TSYS-Prime Operation and EOD processes.
Carry out data processing activities on all application systems to support business.
Carry out tasks as per daily checklist and SOP.
Respond to user queries as relating to the state of various systems in Data Centre Operations.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports (and their email equivalent) for distribution.
Notify NOC to log incidents in case of issues.
Escalation of issues to application support team for quick resolution.
Monitor daily backups and take action in case of failures.
Perform manual server restarts as per schedule timeframe.
Carry out Adhoc activities such as Equation Library backup/Entire System backup and IPL (Initial program load) of IBM P9 machine on scheduled basis & on demand.
Health check of all the equipments at Data Centers on frequently basis
