Job Responsibilities:Data Center Operator(DCO) responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitor the facility environment (power, cooling, cameras, others) through BMS, and report abnormalities to NOC and Facility Teams
Coordinate the access of customers under the NOC?s supervision
Perform cabling and coordinate the racks installation with respective Data Center Facility and Operations Teams
Remote eyes and hands support for customers in coordination with NOC
Vendor coordination and availability management of QDC facilities
Possible frequent activities of standing, pushing, pulling etc of equipment
Assist the NOC team in other activities such as alarm handling, ticket management, call and email handling, reports generation, customer escorting etc
Work in a 24x7 shift schedule

Requirements:

Good knowledge of working with UPS, Cooling, Access control & BMS System
Knowledge in LAN networking using copper and fiber using standards such as Systimax/Panduit.
Knowledge in Windows OS and good troubleshooting skills
Should have good grasp of processes and procedures transitioned by NOC for maintaining availability of respective Data Center(DC) facilities
Good documentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must and Arabic is a plus)
Required basic programming language experience.
