Job Description

About this role:

• Work with the digital use cases Product Owners, IS SMEs and Vendors to define, evaluate and monitor developments of all digital solution during the pre-tendering, tendering, implementation, and post go live
• Create and maintain current, reference and target Digital Data platform (DDP) architecture as well as evaluate new requirements and monitor alignment between new data load, new solutions and target architecture
• Document the artefacts of Data Architecture for COMPANY: sources truth, information references, meta-data references, data interfaces between applications etc
• Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to enhance and mature COMPANYs data architecture and data management
• Propose new opportunities to leverage DDP and other data solutions
• Captures of COMPANYs Enterprise Data Model including the end-to-end data relations and lineage on cloud (DDP) and on-premises data as well as ensuring its alignment with the business
• Supports governance and overlook data sources to ensure its alignment with policies and best practices of handling COMPANY data
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions (i.e. data ingestion, data modelling)
• Ensure IS solutions are in alignment with data architecture, data governance and Master Data Management principles
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Business Focal Points, Data Owners, Data Stewards, application SMEs, Digital Project Group and key IS vendors
• Work with the Business and IS teams to support the capturing of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for COMPANY data repositories supporting data analysis, data warehouse and data visualization through direct interactions with the business data owners and stewards
• Contributes to the definition of clear MDM approach and implementation for COMPANY to achieve single source of truth, clear data definitions, data dictionaries etc
• Supports initiatives that deliver business process efficiency in collaboration with IS teams, data analysts, Data Engineers and business entities to deliver solutions that maximizes the value of data as part of the DPG.

• Strong experience in database technologies such as SQL
• Strong experience in Data governance (Such as Informatica AXON, EDC and IDQ) and MDM solutions
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling and/or data analysis solutions (Such as ADLS, Ewrin, Power BI)
• Good knowledge of data management, data integration and database development techniques
• Strong experience with ETL and other business intelligence tools
• Ability to relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs
• Ability to regularly learn and adopt new technology
• Practical experience developing reference architecture, principles and standards
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and work with diverse project teams
• 5 years of experience in Data and Information Management for Oil and Gas Upstream operations is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Good Knowledge of Applications Architecture and Information Security Principles
• Fluent English both spoken and written
• Informatica Certifications (IDQ, BDQ, MDM Hub Administrator, Hub Developer, Informatica Developer).
