Samsung C&TCTCA INSPECTOR - FOR SHES DEPARTMENTHaving good understanding of the following:•CSWIP•NDTS•Engineering QAQC Back groundPerforms inspection and testing as per the requirement SCT Critical Temporary Construction Aid (CTCA) Procedure·Assists CTCA Coordinator in overall management of CTA/CTCA· Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipmentConduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspectionVerifies the CTCA against as-build drawings, material certificates and fabrication records.Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.Interpret radiographs or digital readoutsOrganize and report test results.·Perform specialized inspections as necessary·Witness the pressure test and proof-load test as necessaryPerforms the receiving inspection on purchased TCA looking at applicable documents and certificates·Maintains data & records such as CTA/CTCA register and inspection reports.A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Bachelors / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
