This role provides direction, guidance and leadership to NFXPOnshore PMT as well as to the EPC CONTRACTORS on all Craft Training related matters andprovides oversight of the execution of the EPC CONTRACTOR?s Craft Training program.
Supports EPC CONTRACTORS in the development, implementation, execution, performance evaluation and measuring, and continual improvement of the Craft Training Program (theory and practical).
Provides direct assistance and support to the NFXP Onshore PMT Site Manager in championing the Project?s Craft training and Craft competency Program and reports relevant performance metrics and recommendations for improvement on regular basis to ensure that the Site Manager can effectively champion the Craft Training program.

The role is a key position, having a significant impact on the success of the NFXP Onshore craft training and competency program by driving the program elements at Management, Supervisor and craft level.
This position is involved in the management of the craft training related tools and techniques (theory and practical) throughout the project duration and collaborates with relevant PMT and CONTRACTOR personnel.
This role has key responsibilities for measure the craft training and craft competency across all EPC packages in order to identify possible Craft competency deficiencies early and recommend improvement actions.
The position oversees craft training and craft competency activities of assigned CONTRACTOR teams and supports CONTRACTOR Craft Supervisors in developing solutions to ineffective craft training and craft competency.
