Cost ControllerJob Location : QatarDescription:?Support month-end processes, coordinate month-end accruals to accounting, provide inventory valuation report.?Support on a timely basis data management in different planning and reporting systems & tools.?Weekly prepare cost accounting records, implementing cost control procedures.?Ensure efficient communication with all key interfaces and other business partners.?Maintain prices in the system, food & beverages (F&B), cleaning materials and ensure that costs are within budget.?Spot checks the outlets daily, to ensure that the scales are correct, and the items received in good quality.?Daily inventory reconciliation, food cost reports, provide relevant information regarding unusual movements or results.?Mitigates financial risks and reduces the probability of errors.?Preparation of monthly reports i.e., Consumption report, Cost Variance Analysis, Purchase & Transfer Summary, Inventory Turn-over Ratio, and other required by the management.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree in Financial Management/ Commerce or any related courses?Trainings and certification as Cost Technician?Proficiency in Accounting software, Material Control - Micros Fidelio?Work experience in related field 5 years minimum must be in Restaurant chainSalary: Competitive salary will be offered.
